I think this interview is such an inspiration to those who want to lose weight and think it is impossible to. Its a great source of information and reality check for people.. proving that anything is possible should you ‘choose’ to set a goal and work hard you really can make that difference in your own life.

Thanks Seanneen I agree that it is a great interview and I really believe that everyone should get this CD, to keep them selves focusses when the going gets tough.
