No Added Sugar!

Sugar the new fat?

Sugar the new fat?

So your goal today is to avoid any foods with ADDED sugar. That means no “yogurt-with-added-fruit-and-sugar”, no sodas, no processed carbs from a bag or a box, no peanut butter with added sugar, no protein bars flavored with sugar. No ketchup. No BBQ sauces with added sugar.

For those of you that have a sweet tooth I know that this will be challenging, but just try it for one day.

So NO added sugar today. Period.

Experts say that sugar is the new fat, and you’ll be amazed at how fast your body starts to lose fat when you do this.

Let me know how you get on!

I have lost 40 and my brother 60 pounds on a no sugar-no processed card diet. He also eats a lot of grass fed beef. We drank a lot of stevia sweetened kool-aid to get the sweet fix
